Alex Ivchenko Alex Ivchenko
President and CEO
Alex Ivchenko is the founder of Nationwide Ambulance Services. Alex Ivchenko has started the company in 1996 with only two wheelchair vans and two employees. In 1997, company aquired its first ambulance. Eventually, Nationwide Ambulance grew to a large fleet of ambulances and mobility assistance vehicles. Mr. Ivchenko has been expanding his company year after year. In July of 2009 Nationwide Ambulance stepped into higher level of service with the new Specialty Care Transport Unit. Since the first day of operation company's main focus has been on quality of patient care and service.

Paul Hayes Paul Hayes
Operations Manager
Employed at Nationwide Ambulance since 1997, Mr. Hayes monitors company's operational readiness, performance, and effectivness. He oversees fleet maintanace, repair, and purchases and inspects ambulances and associated equipment for complience. Mr. Hayes councels, coaches, and implements disciplinary procedures when necessary as well as recruits and initiates hiring process.

Cathie Ilg Cathie Ilg
Assistant Operations Manager
Employed at Nationwide Ambulance since 2004, Cathie develops and oversees the standard operating procedures, regulations, and guidelines. She oversees the purchase of supplies, equipment, uniforms and other materials. Ms. Ilg establishes and maintains schedules to ensure appropriate coverage is in place and conducts inhouse training for staff. She ensures all personell meet certification requirements and maintain current certifications and necessary licenses.

Ted Drummond Ted Drummond
Supervisor / Critical Care Manager
Employed at Nationwide Ambulance since 2001, Mr. Drummond supervises and oversees all field employees. He reviews documentation for completeness and accuracy as well as ensures timely response to a call. Mr. Drummond also participates in development and implementation of policies and procedures. In 2009, Ted has been appointed Critical Care Manager.
